The annual sports day of our school was held on the 2nd of August in our school premises, the chief guest being Lakshmi IPS (Deputy Commissioner of Police Traffic West).

The much awaited day began with the guard of honour, then a prayer service followed by the hoisting of the schoo flag. The chief guest declared the sports day open, this marked the start of the first event - the march past, leading the marching contingents were the school office bearers followed by the four houses of the school led by their respective captains. At the end of this the chief guest gave her presidential address in which she stated about good parenting skills, she aslo addressed the students in which she told that children of today must work hard to achieve their goals, they must take failures as stepping stones towards success in their life. She also advised them to stay away from too much exposure too media.

Our chief guest then distributed the prizes to winners of the various individual and team events that were held. Following this was the class displays. The day also saw a splendid display of karate by our students who have participated and won accolades in national and international events.

The day ended with the lowering of the school flag and beating the retreat by the school office bearers.
